In today\u2019s dynamic financial system, the banking sector occupies a central position in both economic stability and the legal order. In this context, the Banking Law Congress aims to address the legal dimension of banking activities in a comprehensive and multidimensional manner. <\/p>

The Congress will examine current legislative amendments, the fight against financial crimes, consumer protection in banking contracts, administrative supervision processes, and the impact of judicial decisions on the sector. These topics will be discussed with the participation of academics, public authorities, and practicing legal professionals.
The Congress seeks to bring together theory and practice in the field of banking law and to establish an interactive discussion platform between sector representatives and the legal community. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with in-depth analyses of contemporary legal issues shaping financial markets. The Congress will also provide a platform for the exchange of proposals and perspectives that will contribute to the development of banking law. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
