Your personal data collected may be processed for the purpose of providing you with internet access and ensuring the legal and technical security of the relevant persons affiliated with Oy Birliği, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
To Whom and for What Purposes Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred
Your collected personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes specified above, to our suppliers and legally authorized public institutions and organizations, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the Law and within the personal data processing conditions stipulated therein.
Method of Collection and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data are collected electronically by Oy Birliği for the purpose of providing internet access, based on Oy Birliği’s legal obligations and in accordance with the personal data processing conditions set forth in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law
As a data subject, pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data are being processed;
- Request information if your personal data have been processed;
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your personal data are used in accordance with that purpose;
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred, domestically or abroad;
- Request the rectification of incomplete or inaccurate personal data and request notification of such rectification to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred;
- Request the erasure or destruction of personal data where the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, although they have been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legislation, and request notification of such action to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred;
- Object to the occurrence of a result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems;
- Claim compensation for damages in the event that you suffer harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged to you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.”
